The Pricing Theory
Pricing reflects the size, condition, and material detail of each space. While square footage provides a general range, elements such as jacuzzi tubs, extensive hard flooring, glass-enclosed showers, or high-pet hair build-up may place a home toward the upper end of its tier.
I provide every service using my own eco-friendly, non-toxic supplies and tools. There is no need for you to store or provide a thing. I accept cash, check and Venmo payments. At this time, I do not take debit/credit card payments.
Tipping is not expected.
